Yasushi 'Yassan' Takahashi's GPS Art Proposal
Yasushi 'Yassan' Takahashi wanted to propose to his gal in a unique way. He embarked on a trip that covered a distance of 4000 long hauls (7,163 kilometers) over a period of six months. His thing was to produce the world's largest GPS art, which also earned him a Guinness World Record.
The artwork he created comported of the words "MARRY ME" with a heart and an arrow at the end. To produce this communication using GPS, Takahashi traveled all the way from Hokkaido, an islet in the northern part of Japan, to Kagoshima, located at the southern tip of the country.
