During Gareth Bale's tenure at Real Madrid alongside Cristiano Ronaldo, the former Welsh star revealed that Ronaldo would occasionally exhibit frustration by angrily tossing his boots in the dressing room if he failed to score in a game, even if their team had won convincingly, such as by a scoreline of 5-0.

Bale shared this insight in an interview on Martin Borgmeier's YouTube channel, stating, "He was generally fine. He had his moments. For instance, if we won 5-0 and he didn't score, he would enter and throw his boots as if he were upset. It's similar to when your team triumphs in the Ryder Cup but you didn't contribute any points, so you feel disappointed."

However, Bale also emphasized that Ronaldo was generally a pleasant person, and they didn't encounter any major issues during their time together. While some individuals might find Ronaldo's behavior intimidating, Bale expressed, "Many people might feel intimidated by how he is, but if you aren't, then everything is alright."
